Return Window
Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Certain items may be non-returnable based on the product category or the vendor’s specific policy.
📦 Multi-Vendor Return Process
Ancomart is a multi-vendor marketplace.
- Products are sold and shipped directly by independent vendors.
- Each vendor may have their own return and refund policies.
- The applicable return policy for each product will be displayed on the product page.
Key Points:
- Return requests must be raised directly with the vendor via the order page or vendor store contact option.
- Vendors are responsible for approving, arranging, and processing the return.
- Ancomart will assist in communication but is not directly responsible for the vendor’s decision.
🚫 Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital/downloadable products
- Software licenses
- Non-returnable items as specified by the vendor
- Perishable goods or items marked as “Non-returnable” at the time of purchase
(These are in addition to Ancomart’s platform-wide non-returnable categories.)
💳 Refund Process
Once the return is approved and the item is received by the vendor:
- A quality check will be performed by the vendor.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is accepted.
Refunds will be:
- Credited back to the original payment method.
- Processed net of any applicable shipping charges (if the return reason is not vendor’s fault).
🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility
- If the return is due to wrong, damaged, or defective products, the vendor will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for personal reasons (like size issues, dislike, etc.), the customer may need to bear the return shipping cost as per the vendor’s return policy.
🛑 Return Rejections
Returns may be rejected if:
- The product is damaged due to customer mishandling.
- The product is used or missing original packaging.
- The return request is raised after the return window expires.
⚙️ Dispute Handling
- If the customer faces issues with vendor response or return processing, they can escalate to Ancomart Support.
- Ancomart will mediate between the customer and the vendor to reach a fair resolution.
- Final decision on refunds, especially in vendor-controlled disputes, rests with the vendor.
