  • Vendors may charge flat shipping rates based on distance bands. Example:
    • Free delivery: within 2 KM
    • ₹X: for 2 KM – 5 KM
    • ₹Y: for 5 KM – 10 KM
    • ₹Z: for distances beyond 10 KM
  • The exact shipping charge applicable to your order will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the vendor’s shipping configuration.

  • The delivery address provided is incorrect or unreachable.
  • The customer is unavailable or refuses delivery after repeated attempts.

In such cases, the vendor may process a refund minus applicable shipping or handling charges.

  • Ancomart facilitates communication but is not liable for any delays, delivery failures, or shipping disputes caused by the vendor.
  • Ancomart will assist in dispute resolution if the customer is unable to resolve the issue directly with the vendor.
