  • Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Multi-Vendor Marketplace Disclaimer

Ancomart operates as a multi-vendor marketplace. Products listed on the platform may be sold by independent third-party vendors.
Ancomart serves as a facilitator connecting buyers and sellers but does not own or directly sell most of the products listed on the site.

When purchasing from a third-party vendor:

  • The vendor is responsible for product availability, shipping, delivery, returns, and after-sales support.

  • Ancomart is not liable for any vendor’s non-performance, delays, or disputes but will assist in mediation if required.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled anytime before shipping without penalty.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are allowed only if wrong or damaged products are received.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

5. Payment Terms

  • We accept secure online payments via Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

All payments must be completed before order processing.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days across India.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

    Multi-Vendor Delivery Note:

    • Shipping is managed directly by the respective vendors.

    • Delivery charges and timelines may vary based on the vendor’s shipping policies and distance from the customer’s address.

    • Some vendors may offer free delivery within a limited range (e.g., up to 2 KM) and may charge additional flat fees beyond that range. These charges will be visible at checkout.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of successful delivery for wrong or damaged products.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after product inspection.

    Multi-Vendor Return Note:

    • For vendor-supplied products, returns must comply with the vendor’s individual return policy, which may vary.

    • Certain items may be non-returnable as per the vendor’s listing.

    • Ancomart will coordinate with the vendor for smooth processing of returns but is not directly responsible for vendor-managed returns.

  • All content on Ancomart, including website design, text, images, and product listings, is the property of SITPakz Solution (OPC) Private Limited or its content suppliers unless otherwise stated.

  • Trademarks, brand names, logos, and product images displayed on Ancomart belong to their respective owners.
    We do not claim ownership or endorsement by these brands. Any third-party trademarks are used strictly for informational and identification purposes.

  • If any brand, manufacturer, or rightful owner has concerns about the use of their trademark or logo on our website, they may contact us at support@ancomart.com for prompt review and action.
